Orders from Individuals
Orders from individuals must be prepaid in U.S. dollars. (Check, Paypal, or a credit card are acceptable forms of payment.) The payment must include $5.00 shipping/handling for the first book, plus $1.00 for each additional book.
Sales tax for Minnesota residents will be charged. (6.875% for MN residents, 7.275% for Hennepin County residents, 7.775% for Minneapolis residents.)

Special Sales
All special sales books will be sold as non-returnable. These sales will receive a discount based on quantity ordered (see below). Customer pays shipping/handling charges. A shipping/handling estimate will be given at the time of order, subject to change after actual shipping costs are incurred. Sales tax for Minnesota shipments will be included on the invoice. (6.875% for MN locations, 7.275% for Hennepin County residents, 7.775% for Minneapolis residents.)
Terms: Net 30 days from date on invoice. A service charge will be added to unpaid balances of over 30 days at a rate of 1.5% per month. $2.00 minimum charge per month.
Up to 99 books: 10% discount
100 or more books: 20% discount
